If you are unable to access the ACNS home page at http://gepard.dekalbtech.edu or your pages on the server using Internet Explorer and the the correct information, you may request support in one of two ways:

• Send an email including your full name, contact information, and a specific description of your problem and any resulting error messages to: studentsupport@dekalbtech.edu
  
• Call (404) 297-9522 Ext. 5399 and be prepared to leave a voice mail if necessary specifically describing your problem, any error messages, and your contact information
